A native of Christiansburg, Bryan Rice lives in Christiansburg with his wife Benita and daughter Stephanie. He graduated from Virginia Tech in 1988 with a business management degree and immediately started his own business, Bryan Rice Construction, Inc. He has built many custom homes in the New River Valley over many years and is a respected businessman in the community.
Bryan has served as a past board member on both the New River Valley Realtors Association and the New River Valley Homebuilders Association. He is currently an active member of the Christiansburg Kiwanis Club. Bryan also serves the community as a Planning Commissioner for Montgomery County.
Over the years, Bryan has developed several projects in Christiansburg, including two townhouse complexes, several self-storage properties, and recently a seventeen-lot patio home development. In 2003, Bryan purchased Landsales, Inc. and became the primary broker for the corporation. The name was changed to Rice Realty & Landsales shortly thereafter. He brings with him a strong work ethic and looks forward to making your next real estate experience a pleasant one.
Benita resides in Christiansburg with her husband Bryan and daughter Stephanie. After getting her real estate license in 2007, she joined Rice Realty & Landsales to manage the property management division. She brings with her over 25 years of real estate experience ranging from new construction to managing rental properties. For over two decades, she has been an active member of the local community of Christiansburg.
Marissa Clark Hensley has always resided in the New River Valley and is originally from Pulaski County. She graduated from Radford University in 2013 with a history degree. In 2015, she began working with Rice Realty & Landsales in their property management division and became a licensed real estate agent in 2016. Marissa loves to help all real estate clients, but especially first-time home buyers. She is passionate about helping people find their perfect home!
Tina was born and raised in Montgomery County but has made Floyd her home the last 20 years. She has two children and is most proud of her three grandchildren: Hadleigh, Zander, and Dawson. Tina has been in the real estate business for over 20 years as an agent, then an owner/broker, and now an assistant broker with Rice Realty & Landsales. She is certified as an REO Homes Specialist and lists foreclosure homes for Freddie Mac as well as her work with residential buyers and sellers.
